Procuring Officer definition

Procuring Officer means the Authority officer conducting any procurement of Goods, Services, Technology, Electricity and construction pursuant to Section I.1 of Article II of this Policy.

Procuring Officer means the head of the department or the individual(s) authorized by the head(s) of the department(s) undertaking the procurement and with respect to those matters delegated to the Bureau of Purchase and Supply pursuant to Section 161.11(a) of the Laws of Westchester County, the Purchasing Agent.
