Authority Officer definition

Authority Officer means an officer of the Authority duly appointed by the Authority Board, as defined in the Corporate By-Laws of the Authority.
Authority Officer means the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary or Assistant Secretary and, when used with reference to an act or document, also means any other person authorized by resolution of the Authority to perform such act or sign such document.
Authority Officer means any officer appointed and duly authorized by the Authority to conduct and accomplish such an act or acts or any other such thing as contemplated by the Authority on its behalf.
