Private Label Accounts definition

Private Label Accounts means the (i) Accounts linked to Private Label Credit Cards and (ii) Accounts linked to Co-Branded Credit Cards solely for the purpose of financing the purchase of FDS Goods and Services (and all fees and charges relating thereto) through any FDS Channel (except any such FDS Channel that has not provided for cross-acceptance of such Credit Card from another FDS Channel, the marks of which are linked to such Co-Branded Credit Card).
Private Label Accounts means the Accounts linked to Private Label Credit Cards and usable solely for the purpose of financing the purchase of Goods and Services (and all fees and charges relating thereto) through any Company Channel.
Private Label Accounts means (i) the Accounts linked to Private Label Credit Cards and (ii) Accounts linked to Dual-Line Credit Cards solely for the purpose of financing the purchase of NMG Goods and Services (and all fees and charges relating thereto) through any NMG Channel.

For clarity, this Agreement shall not supersede any other type agreement between Bank and P rofessional, including any agreement through which Bank provides network-branded bankcard processing to Professional.
Private Label Accounts means those certain Accounts existing as of August 30, 1999 and arising out of Borrower's sales of Inventory to customers pursuant to Borrower's existing private label credit card arrangements, together with those of Borrower's Books and any General Intangibles related to such Accounts all as more completely described on Schedule P-2.   • Private label credit card means any charge card, credit card, or other instrument serving a similar purpose that carries, refers to, or is branded with the name or logo of a vendor and that can only be used for purchases from the vendor.

  • Client Accounts means accounts of Clients (i) that are Controlled by an Access Person and (ii) in which no Access Person has a substantial proportionate economic interest; provided that, the Client pays a management, advisory or any other similar arms-length fee to the Access Person and the beneficiary of the Client Account is not an Immediate Family member of an Access Person.

  • Credit Card Account means the Account of the Cardmember opened with Maybank for the purpose of this Agreement;

  • Cardholder Account is the account of a Cardholder as represented by a Card.

  • Approved Deposit Account means a Deposit Account that is the subject of an effective Deposit Account Control Agreement and that is maintained by any Loan Party with a Deposit Account Bank. “Approved Deposit Account” includes all monies on deposit in a Deposit Account and all certificates and instruments, if any, representing or evidencing such Deposit Account.

  • Credit Card Processor means any servicing or processing agent or any factor or financial intermediary who facilitates, services, processes or manages the credit authorization, billing transfer and/or payment procedures with respect to any Borrower’s sales transactions involving credit card or debit card purchases by customers using credit cards or debit cards issued by any Credit Card Issuer.

  • User Account means an account under the name of the Customer in relation to the Service subscribed by the Customer.

  • Debit Card means a card issued by the Financial Institution that allows the holder of the card to deposit cash and/or Instruments or withdraw cash from the Account through an ATM, authorize Transactions on the Account through an ATM, and that operates like an Instrument to purchase goods and services from merchants.

  • Business Account means an Account used primarily for business purposes and not for personal, family, or household purposes.

  • Excluded Deposit Accounts means (i) any payroll account, (ii) any withholding tax, benefits, escrow, trust, customs or any other fiduciary account and (iii) any zero balance deposit account.

  • Excluded Accounts means any deposit account or securities account used exclusively as (a) payroll and other employee wage and benefit accounts, (b) tax accounts, including sales tax accounts, (c) escrow, fiduciary or trust accounts, (d) zero balance accounts and (e) the funds or other property held in or maintained in any such account identified in clauses (a) through (d).

  • Lockbox Accounts means the accounts maintained by Borrower at the Lockbox Banks into which all collections or payments on their Accounts and other Collateral are paid.

  • Transferred Account means each account into which an Account is transferred, provided that (i) such transfer is made in accordance with the Credit Card Guidelines and (ii) such account can be traced or identified as an account into which an Account has been transferred.
