Predevelopment Budget definition

Predevelopment Budget means the proforma predevelopment budget, including sources and uses of funds, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A, which may be amended with the approval of the County as set forth in this Agreement.
Predevelopment Budget means the predevelopment attached hereto as Schedule 5. Principal: $230,000,000.00, less all prepayments and repayments of the principal amount of the Loan from time to time in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

More Definitions of Predevelopment Budget

Predevelopment Budget means the Predevelopment Budget attached hereto as Attachment No. 4, setting out the general categories of Eligible Predevelopment Costs and the Developer's anticipated budget for such costs. The Predevelopment Budget is subject to revision from time to time as mutually agreed upon in writing between the Developer and the City. The City authorizes the City Manager to make such revisions to the Predevelopment Budget as deemed reasonably necessary to effectuate the purposes of this Agreement.
Predevelopment Budget means that certain Predevelopment Budget included as a part of Exhibit A that sets out specific, eligible line item categories of Eligible Predevelopment Activities and the amount of Predevelopment Loan proceeds allocated to each category.
