Postretirement Benefits definition

Postretirement Benefits means any benefits, other than retirement income, provided by any Loan Party to retired employees, or to their spouses, dependents or beneficiaries, including, without limitation, group medical insurance or benefits, or group life insurance or death benefits.

Payment of Accrued Benefits shall be made promptly in accordance with the Employer's prevailing practice with respect to clauses (i) and (ii) or, with respect to clauses (iii), (iv) and (v), pursuant to the terms of the benefit plan or practice establishing such benefits.

  • Retirement Plans means the retirement income, supplemental executive retirement, excess benefits and retiree medical, life and similar benefit plans providing retirement perquisites, benefits and service credit for benefits at least as great in the aggregate as are payable thereunder prior to a Change in Control;
