Supplemental Benefit definition

Supplemental Benefit means the monthly benefit payable to the Executive under this Agreement.
Supplemental Benefit means the benefit described in Paragraph 3.1 and payable to the Officer pursuant to Articles III, IV or V.

More Definitions of Supplemental Benefit

Supplemental Benefit means the annual income, if any, payable to a Participant or Beneficiary pursuant to Article III of the Plan.
