SERP definition

SERP has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5(c) hereof.

SERP means any and all supplemental retirement plans in which the Executive participates (including, but not limited to, any benefit restoration plan(s) maintained by the Company from time to time).

SERP means the Company’s Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan.

• In the event the policy is canceled, non-renewed, switched to occurrence form, or any other event which triggers the right to purchase a Supplemental Extended Reporting Period (SERP) during the life of this contract the Vendor/Contractor agrees to purchase the SERP with a minimum reporting period of not less than two years.

SERP means The Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxx Company Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan, as in effect on the Covered Termination Date.
