Plan Benefit definition

Plan Benefit means the benefit payable to a Participant as calculated in Article V.
Plan Benefit. The sum as of the Determination Date of (1) an Employee's Account, (2) the present value of his or her other accrued benefits provided by all qualified plans within the Aggregation Group, and (3) the aggregate distributions made within the five year period ending on such date. Plan Benefits shall exclude rollover contributions and plan to plan transfers made after December 31, 1983 which are both employee initiated and from a plan maintained by a non-related employer.
Plan Benefit means the benefit of a Participant as determined under Article IV of the Plan.

More Definitions of Plan Benefit

Plan Benefit means the annual lifetime retirement income payable under the DB Provisions of the Plan, determined in accordance with Section 3.07 of Part 3.
