Post-Launch Services definition

Post-Launch Services means the reports and range services as defined in the Statement of Work that are to be provided by Launch Provider to ICO after Launch.
Post-Launch Services means the reports and range services as defined in Appendix 1 to this Agreement that are to be provided to GLLC by STARSEM after the Launch Mission. Reflight means replacement Launch Services under ARTICLE 13 of this Agreement.

Examples of Post-Launch Services in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the terms of this Article 17, RIGHTS TO INVENTIONS AND DATA, shall not impair or diminish ICO’s right to receive and use the data and reports provided by Launch Provider in connection with the Post-Launch Services.

  • Except for Post-Launch Services, the Launch Service provided under the Contract shall be deemed complete upon Launch.

  • To the extent that any Satellite Delivery Services are provided by MSV LP to MSV Canada after the Launch of the MSV-2 Satellite (hereinafter referred to as the “Post-Launch Services”), any payments for such Post-Launch Services shall be based upon all costs and expenses incurred by MSV LP to provide and perform the Post-Launch Services.

Related to Post-Launch Services

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Launch means the intentional ignition of the first-stage motor(s) of the Launch Vehicle intended to place or try to place a Launch Vehicle (which may or may not include any Transfer Vehicle, Payload or crew) from Earth:

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Termination Assistance Services has the meaning set forth in Section 18.12.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Commercial Launch means the first commercial sale in the Territory of the Product by Par, its Affiliate or a permitted sublicensee, as the case may be, to a Third Party.

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Service Territory means the geographic area within which PG&E as a Utility Distribution Company is authorized and required to provide electric transmission and distribution service.

  • Basic Services means housekeeping services, meals, nutritious snacks, laundry, and activities.

  • Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. List of Approved Contractors:

  • Programme of work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes an amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;

  • Contracted Services means medical services, nursing services, health-related services, ancillary services, or environmental services provided according to a documented agreement between a health care institution and the person providing the medical services, nursing services, health-related services, ancillary services, or environmental services.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.
