Post-development definition

Post-development means the conditions anticipated to exist, on a site immediately after completion of the proposed development.
Post-development means the extent and distribution of land cover types present after the completion of land disturbing construction activity and final site stabilization.
Post-development means conditions that may be reasonably expected or anticipated to exist after completion of the land development activity on a specific site or tract of land.

Post-development or “Post-Construction” means the conditions which exist following the completion of the land disturbing activity in terms of topography, vegetation, land use and rate, volume or direction of stormwater runoff.
