Personal Accident Benefits definition

Personal Accident Benefits means accidental death and permanent disablement benefits as specified in the Schedule of Benefits occurring within 365 days after the date of injury.
Personal Accident Benefits means accidental death and permanent disablement benefits as specified in the Schedule of Benefits occurring within one year after the date of injury of this Policy.
Personal Accident Benefits means Accidental death or permanent disablement benefits as specified in the Benefits occurring within 12 months from the date of Accident.

Related to Personal Accident Benefits

  • Personal Account means any account owned by, or in the name of, an OppenheimerFunds Employee or Access Person in which Securities may be held or any such account in which an Employee (including an Access or Investment Person) has a Beneficial Interest.
