Additional Benefits means those benefits in addition to the rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Additional Benefits consists of the following rights and benefits: except as otherwise provided below, Executive (and, to the extent applicable, his dependents) will be entitled to continue participation in all of the Company's health benefit plans (the "Health Plans"), until the second anniversary of Executive's termination of employment (the "End Date"); provided that Executive's participation in the Company's Health Plans shall cease on any earlier date that Executive becomes eligible for comparable benefits from a subsequent employer.
