Permitted Overadvance Amount definition

Permitted Overadvance Amount means the amount requested by the Administrative Borrower in and approved by Lender, in written notice not to exceed $7,350,000 in the aggregate.
Permitted Overadvance Amount means a permitted overadvance amount determined by the Required Lenders from time to time in their sole discretion, provided that the consent of no fewer than three (3) of the Lenders (with each Lender and any such Lender’s Affiliates counting as a single Lender) shall be required to approve any such determination.
