Canadian Overadvance definition

Canadian Overadvance has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.04(b).
Canadian Overadvance as defined in Section 2.1.5.
Canadian Overadvance means, as of any date of determination, the sum of the aggregate Dollar Equivalent of (i) Canadian Loans then outstanding less (ii) the Canadian Available Credit.

Canadian Overadvance means a Canadian Credit Extension to the extent that, immediately after its having been made, Canadian Availability is less than zero.
