During November the academic xxxx responsible for summer quarter prioritizes the proposals after consulting with the planning groups established for the purpose of developing, implementing, and assessing the College-wide curriculum (planning units, graduate programs, Tacoma, reservation-based and other branch programs, or other groups that may form in the future). This consultation and prioritization process takes into consideration, at a minimum, past data about summer curricula and enrollments, possible overlaps between offerings, and any pedagogical or curricular rationales provided by the proposing faculty members, including rationales for more than 8 credits. Priority is given to current regular and adjunct faculty and to retired faculty.

  • During the Term (a) As compensation for services hereunder rendered during the Term hereof, Executive shall receive a base salary (“Base Salary”) of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) per year payable in equal installments in accordance with the Company’s payroll procedure for its salaried executives. Salary payments and other payments under this Agreement shall be subject to withholding of taxes and other appropriate and customary amounts. Executive may receive increases in his Base Salary from time to time, based upon his performance, subject to approval of the Company.

  • No-­‐Activation Period Registry Operator shall not activate any names in the DNS zone for the Registry TLD (except for "NIC") until at least 120 calendar days after the effective date of this agreement. Registry Operator may allocate names (subject to subsection 6.2 below) during this period only if Registry Operator causes registrants to be clearly informed of the inability to activate names until the No-­‐Activation Period ends.

  • Start Date The parental leave must begin no later than 52 weeks after the day the child is born or comes into the custody, care and control of the parent for the first time for provincially or federally regulated employees.   • December 2020 The funds of the 11th EDF, and in the case of the Investment Facility the funds stemming from reflows, shall no longer be committed beyond 31 December 2020 unless the Council acting unanimously on a proposal of the Commission decides otherwise. However, the funds subscribed by the Member States under the 9th, 10th and 11th EDFs to finance the Investment Facility shall remain available after 31 December 2020 for disbursement, until a date to be laid down in the Financial Regulation referred to in Article 10(2).
