Prepayment Amount definition

Prepayment Amount means the amount required to prepay the Annual Special Tax obligation in full for an Assessor’s Parcel as described in Section G.
Prepayment Amount has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(c).
Prepayment Amount means the dollar amount required to prepay all of the Annual Special Tax obligation on any Assessor's Parcel, determined pursuant to Sections G.

Counterparty shall provide notice to (i) Counterparty’s trustee of the entrance into this Confirmation no later than one Local Business Day following the date hereof, with copy to Seller and Seller’s outside legal counsel, and (ii) Seller and Seller’s outside legal counsel a final draft of the flow of funds from the Trust Account one Local Business Day prior to the closing of the Business Combination itemizing the Prepayment Amount due to Seller; provided that Seller shall be invited and permitted to attend any closing call in connection with the Business Combination.
Prepayment Amount means the product of (i) the sum of (a) the outstanding principal amount of this Note, plus (b) accrued and unpaid interest hereon, plus (c) all other amounts, costs, expenses and liquidated damages due in respect of this Note if the Company prepays this Note prior to the Maturity Date.
Prepayment Amount shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3 of this Note.
