Aggregate Revolving Committed Amount definition

Aggregate Revolving Committed Amount means the aggregate amount of Revolving Commitments in effect from time to time, being initially TWO HUNDRED FIFTY MILLION DOLLARS ($250,000,000).
Aggregate Revolving Committed Amount has the meaning provided in Section 2.01(a).
Aggregate Revolving Committed Amount means the aggregate Dollar Amount of Commitments in effect from time to time, being initially ONE BILLION FIVE HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS ($1,500,000,000) (as such amount may be increased as provided in Section 2.5 or reduced as provided in Section 2.9 from time to time).

Examples of Aggregate Revolving Committed Amount in a sentence

  • Each Base Rate Loan (other than a Base Rate Loan comprising a Swingline Loan) shall be in a minimum aggregate principal amount of $5,000,000 (or, if less, the remaining amount of the Aggregate Revolving Committed Amount) and in integral multiples of $1,000,000 in excess thereof.

  • Immediately after giving effect to the making of any such Extension of Credit (and the application of the proceeds thereof), (i) the sum of outstanding Revolving Loans plus outstanding Swingline Loans plus LOC Obligations shall not exceed the Aggregate Revolving Committed Amount, (ii) the LOC Obligations shall not exceed the LOC Committed Amount and (iii) the Swingline Loans shall not exceed the Swingline Committed Amount.
