Examples of Aggregate Revolving Committed Amount in a sentence
Immediately after giving effect to the making of any such Extension of Credit (and the application of the proceeds thereof), (i) the sum of outstanding Revolving Loans plus outstanding Swingline Loans plus LOC Obligations shall not exceed the Aggregate Revolving Committed Amount, (ii) the LOC Obligations shall not exceed the LOC Committed Amount and (iii) the Swingline Loans shall not exceed the Swingline Committed Amount.
For purposes of computation of the Commitment Fee, LOC Obligations shall be considered usage of the Aggregate Revolving Committed Amount but Swingline Loans shall not be considered usage of the Aggregate Revolving Committed Amount.
Each Base Rate Loan (other than a Base Rate Loan comprising a Swingline Loan) shall be in a minimum aggregate principal amount of $5,000,000 (or, if less, the remaining amount of the Aggregate Revolving Committed Amount) and in integral multiples of $1,000,000 in excess thereof.
Such request shall be made in writing (which written request shall be deemed to be a Loan Notice for purposes hereof) and in accordance with the requirements of Section 2.02, without regard to the minimum and multiples specified therein for the principal amount of Base Rate Loans, the unutilized portion of the Aggregate Revolving Committed Amount or the conditions set forth in Section 5.02.
All commitment or other fees accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Aggregate Revolving Committed Amount shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.
