Permit to install definition

Permit to install means a permit issued by the department authorizing the construction, installation, relocation, or alteration of any process, fuel-burning, refuse- burning, or control equipment in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
Permit to install or “Flexcast Permit” means Defendant’s 2004 Permit to Install No. 15- 01578, issued by Ohio EPA.

  • Type 2 Installation means any Technical Installation upon which all SW deployed is licensed for Use with, but is not running on, such TPD; and,

  • Alterations means all changes, additions, improvements or repairs to, all alterations, reconstructions, renewals, replacements or removals of and all substitutions or replacements for any of the Improvements or Equipment, both interior and exterior, structural and non-structural, and ordinary and extraordinary.
