Examples of Customer’s Installation in a sentence
If the Trader's Equipment or the Customer’s Installation is damaged by the negligence or wilful act or omission of the Distributor or the Distributor's employees, agents, or invitees, the Distributor must pay the cost of making good the damage to the Trader or the Customer (as the case may be).
If the Distributor or Retailer discovers any interference or damage to the other party's equipment, the Customer’s Installation, or evidence of theft of electricity, loss of electricity or interference with the Network, the discovering party will notify the affected party as soon as it is practicable to do so.
