Customer’s Installation definition

Customer’s Installation means an Electrical Installation and includes Distributed Generation, if Distributed Generation is connected to a Customer's Installation; "Customer’s Premises" means the land and buildings owned or occupied by a Customer, and any land over which the Customer has an easement or right to pass electricity, including:

  • If the Trader's Equipment or the Customer’s Installation is damaged by the negligence or wilful act or omission of the Distributor or the Distributor's employees, agents, or invitees, the Distributor must pay the cost of making good the damage to the Trader or the Customer (as the case may be).


More Definitions of Customer’s Installation

Customer’s Installation means any structures, equipment, lines, appliances or devices used or to be used by a Customer and connected or to be connected directly or indirectly to the Distribution System.
Customer’s Installation means any Fittings owned or used by a Customer (except Distributor’s Equipment) and that form part of a system for conveying electricity from the Customer’s Point of Supply to where the electricity may be consumed;
