Standard Installation definition

Standard Installation means installations to residences and buildings that are located up to 150 feet from the point of connection to Grantee’s existing distribution system.
Standard Installation means the installation of drop cable to a customer’s premise where the distance from the point of entry into the building being served is less than 150 feet from the active cable television system plant.
Standard Installation means those installations to Subscribers that are located up to one hundred twenty-five (125) feet from the existing distribution system (Cable System).

Examples of Standard Installation in a sentence

  • The Grantee may impose an additional charge in excess of its regular installation charge for any service installation requiring a drop or line extension in excess of a Standard Installation.

  • The Cable Service will be provided at Licensee’s published rate for standard installations if such residence is a Standard Installation.

  • If the ONT is not present, the Standard Installation shall be performed within fourteen (14) business days after an order is placed.

  • For other than a Standard Installation, Franchisee shall provide the customer in advance with a total installation cost estimate and estimated date of completion.

  • The Standard Installation shall be performed within seven (7) business days after the placement of the Optical Network Terminal ("ONT") on the Subscriber’s premises or within seven (7) business days after an order is placed if the ONT is already installed on the Subscriber’s premises.


More Definitions of Standard Installation

Standard Installation means any residential installation which can be completed using a drop of one hundred fifty (150) feet or less.
