Negotiations between Toledo and the natural resource trustees (i.e., USFWS and Ohio EPA (Ottawa Trustees)), in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Justice and the Ohio Attorney General, resulted in a consent decree filed in the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio, Western Division, captioned (INSERT), dated (INSERT), 2018.
