OTHER RELIANCE. The Custodian is authorized and instructed to rely upon the information that the Custodian receives from the Fund or any third party on behalf of the Fund. The Custodian shall have no responsibility to review, confirm or otherwise assume any duty with respect to the accuracy or completeness of any information supplied to it by or on behalf of any Fund. The Custodian shall have no liability in respect of any loss, cost or expense incurred or sustained by the Fund arising from the performance of the Custodian’s duties hereunder in reliance upon records that were maintained for the Fund by any individual or organization, other than the Custodian, prior to the Custodian’s appointment as custodian hereunder. The Custodian shall be entitled to rely on and may act upon advice of counsel (who may be counsel for the Fund) on all matters and shall be without liability for any action reasonably taken or omitted pursuant to the advice.

The Custodian shall be entitled to rely on and may act upon reasonable advice of reputable counsel (who may be counsel for the Fund) on all matters and shall be without liability for any good faith action reasonably taken or omitted pursuant to the advice in accordance with the Standard of Care. Unless otherwise agreed, the Custodian shall bear the cost of such advice of counsel.
OTHER RELIANCE. Zero Hash is authorized and instructed to rely upon the information that Zero Hash receives from or on behalf of Participant. Zero Hash will have no responsibility to review, confirm or otherwise assume any duty with respect to the accuracy or completeness of any information supplied to it by or on behalf of Zero Hash or any Participant. Zero Hash will have no liability in respect of any loss, cost or expense incurred or sustained by Participant arising from the performance of Zero Hash's duties hereunder in reliance upon records that were maintained for the Participant by any individual or organization, other than Zero Hash, prior to Zero Hash's appointment as custodian hereunder. Zero Hash will be entitled to rely on and may act upon advice of counsel (who may be counsel for any Participant) on all matters of law and will be without liability for any action reasonably taken or omitted pursuant to the advice.
OTHER RELIANCE. The Custodian is authorized and instructed to rely upon the information that the Custodian receives from the Customer or any third party on behalf of the Customer. The Custodian shall have no responsibility to review, confirm or otherwise assume any duty with respect to the accuracy or completeness of any information supplied to it by or on behalf of any Customer. The Custodian shall have no liability in respect of any loss, cost or expense incurred or sustained by the Customer arising from the performance of the Custodian’s duties hereunder in reliance upon records that were maintained for the Customer by any individual or organization, other than the Custodian, prior to the Custodian’s appointment as custodian hereunder. The Custodian shall be entitled to rely on and may act upon reasonable advice of reputable counsel (who may be counsel for the Customer) on all matters and shall be without liability for any action reasonably taken or omitted in good faith pursuant to the advice; provided, however, that with respect to the reliance on such reasonable advice and the performance of any action or omission of any action upon such advice, the Custodian shall be required to conform to the standard of care set forth above. The Custodian and the applicable Customers shall mutually agree as to which entity will bear the cost of such advice of counsel.
OTHER RELIANCE. The Custodian is authorized and instructed to rely upon the information that the Custodian receives from the Fund or any third party authorized by Proper Instructions. The Custodian shall have no responsibility to review, confirm or otherwise assume any duty with respect to the accuracy or completeness of any information supplied to it by or on behalf of any Fund. The Custodian shall have no liability in respect of any loss, cost or expense incurred or sustained by the Fund arising from the performance of the Custodian’s duties hereunder in reliance upon records that were maintained for the Fund by any individual or organization, other than the Custodian, prior to the Custodian’s appointment as custodian hereunder. The Custodian shall be entitled to reasonably rely on and may act upon advice of counsel (who may be counsel for the Fund) on all matters and shall be without liability for any action reasonably taken or omitted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 14.1 pursuant to the advice.
OTHER RELIANCE. The Custodian is authorized and instructed to rely upon the information that the Custodian receives from the Fund or any third party on behalf of the Fund for whom the Fund has notified the Custodian in writing is authorized to provide instructions. The Custodian shall have no responsibility to review, confirm or otherwise assume any duty with respect to the accuracy or completeness of any information supplied to it by or on behalf of any Fund. The Custodian shall have no liability in respect of any loss, cost or expense incurred or sustained by the Fund arising from the performance of the Custodian’s duties hereunder in reliance upon records that were maintained for the Fund by any individual or organization, other than the Custodian, prior to the Custodian’s appointment as custodian hereunder. The Custodian shall be entitled to rely on and may act upon advice of counsel (who may be counsel for the Fund) on all matters and shall be without liability for any action reasonably taken or omitted pursuant to the advice.

OTHER RELIANCE. The Escrow Agent shall be entitled to rely upon any instrument or agreement required hereunder and upon statements and communications received jointly from Seller and Purchaser (or from any other person) believed by it to be authentic, and shall not be liable for any action taken or omitted in good faith on such reliance.
OTHER RELIANCE. Stifel is authorized and instructed to rely upon the information that Stifel receives from you or any third party on behalf of you. Stifel shall have no responsibility to review, confirm, or otherwise assume any duty with respect to the accuracy or completeness of any information supplied to it by or on behalf of any third party. Stifel shall have no liability in respect of any loss, cost, or expense incurred or sustained by you arising from the performance of Xxxxxx’x duties hereunder in reliance upon records that were maintained for you by any individual or organization, other than Stifel, prior to Xxxxxx’x appointment as safekeeper hereunder. Stifel shall be entitled to rely on and may act upon advice of counsel (who may be counsel for you) on all matters and shall be without liability for any action reasonably taken or omitted pursuant to the advice.
