Matters of Law. 45.01 Copies of this Agreement shall be deposited as may be required by law with the Minister of Labour for the Province of British Columbia, the Mediation Commission, the Canada Department of Labour and such bureau as may exist or be instituted in the Yukon Territory.

The Parties agree for the purposes of the 1999 Act that they do not intend any person other than a Party to be able to enforce any term of this Agreement. 23ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement and the documents referred to in it constitute the entire agreement between the Parties and supersede and replace any previous agreement, understanding, representation or arrangement of any nature between the Parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
Matters of Law. This clause 27 does not apply to disputes in relation to matters of law which will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts.
