Original Documents definition

Original Documents means the official version of pleadings and other legal documents filed with the Court through the File & ServeXpress System, and which are maintained by the Court.
Original Documents mean the official versions of Documents that are filed with the Courts through the eFiling System and are maintained on the Courts’ computer systems.
Original Documents means documents created or received in the originator’s own work, or sent to third parties;
