Equity Agreements definition

Equity Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.
Equity Agreements means any and all agreements of whatever kind by, between or among Borrower and the Equity Owners of Borrower and relating to the Equity Interests.
Equity Agreements means those Agreements executed simultaneously with this Agreement pursuant to which Executive is purchasing certain Units and restricted Units in Nalco LLC.
