Parent Organizational Documents definition

Parent Organizational Documents means the certificate of incorporation, bylaws (or equivalent organizational or governing documents), and other organizational or governing documents, agreements or arrangements, each as amended to date, of each of Parent and Acquisition Sub.
Parent Organizational Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.
Parent Organizational Documents means the certificate of incorporation and bylaws, each as amended as of the date of this Agreement, of each of Parent and Merger Sub.

More Definitions of Parent Organizational Documents

Parent Organizational Documents means, collectively, the Parent Bylaws and Parent Charter.
Parent Organizational Documents means the Parent Certificate of Incorporation and the Parent Bylaws, in each case, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
Parent Organizational Documents means the Restated Certificate of Incorporation and the Amended and Restated Bylaws of Parent, together with all amendments thereto.
