Operational Terms definition

Operational Terms means the detailed operational procedures applying to the Panel set out in Appendix 1 and which may be changed from time to time by the Panel subject to compliance with these Terms;
Operational Terms means the procedures, principles terms and conditions set out in Schedule 1, Part 3 of the Wholesale-Contract and where the context requires any or all of the Forms; Remediation Period means, in relation to any AE Works, a period of two years commencing on the Remediation Period Start-Date; Remediation Period Start-Date means, in relation to any AE Works, the date on which the carrying out of the work or other activity comprised in such AE Works is substantially completed, except in the case of a Meter Installation), when the Remediation Period Start- Date shall be the later of such date as aforesaid and the date on which SWS takes ownership of the meter under the SWS Addendum and or the Generic Code of Practice; Retailer means (i) a Water Retailer who is granted a licence under section 17A of the Act and / or (ii) Sewerage Retailer who is granted a licence under section 17BA of the Act; as the context requires; Standards and guidance has the meaning specified in clause 2.1(b); Supply system has the meaning specified in section 17B of the Act; SWS Addendum means the addendum to the Generic Code of Practice covering Disconnection Activities published by SWS on its website and as amended from time to time; Term means the period during which this Agreement continues in force; Wholesale Contract means an agreement entered into that constitutes (i) a Section 66D Agreement; or (ii) a Section 117E Agreement; or (iii) both a Section 66D Agreement and a Section 117E Agreement; WIRSAE means the Water Industry Registration Scheme for Accredited Entities, or other accreditation scheme approved by SWS, as amended from time to time;

Examples of Operational Terms in a sentence

  • The Contracting Wholesaler shall provide the Wholesale Services specified in clause 3.1 of the Wholesale Contract to the Contracting Retailer in accordance with the Operational Terms, the Market Terms and the Business Terms and Schedule 1 Part 1 of the Wholesale Contract (Objectives, Principles and Definitions).

  • To the extent that the change in anticipated demand may impact on the applicable Tariff that relates to the Wholesale Services, the Contracting Retailer should apply to the Contracting Wholesaler under Part H of the Operational Terms, as necessary.

  • The Operational Terms also make provision for Accredited Entities (including the Contracting Retailer) to undertake certain services.

  • The Contracting Wholesaler shall notify the Contracting Retailer, in accordance with the Operational Terms, of any anticipated reduction or change in the supply of Wholesale Services as a consequence of the Contracting Wholesaler's maintenance, repair, replacement and inspection programmes for the Network.

  • Without prejudice to its obligations in respect of long term plans under Part D of the Operational Terms, if the Contracting Retailer becomes aware of any significant change (as hereinafter defined) in the anticipated demand for Wholesale Services for any Eligible Premises, it shall provide reasonable details thereof to the Contracting Wholesaler as soon as reasonably practicable.

  • In the case of a notice or notification referred to in the Market Terms (including CSDs) or Operational Terms (including Forms) such notice or notification may be served in accordance with the relevant requirement in the Market Terms (including CSDs) or Operational Terms (including Forms).

  • Subject to Section5 and to compliance with the Operational Terms, nothing in the Wholesale Contract shall prevent or restrict the Contracting Wholesaler from altering, amending, expanding, replacing, developing and/or redeveloping its Network.

  • The Contracting Wholesaler and the Contracting Retailer shall request the relevant Deregistration in accordance with Processes C5 and C6 of the Operational Terms.

  • Where a Non-Trading Dispute arises in respect of any matter which is the subject of the Operational Terms or any Form, then, if the Operational Terms set out any step, or process or other procedure for discussion or resolution the Disputing Parties shall comply with such step, process or other procedure prior to invoking any of the remainder of this Section17 or Section 19.

  • Where a Non-Trading Dispute arises which relates to any matter which is the subject of the Wholesale Contract (excluding the Market Terms, CSDs, Operational Terms and Forms) or the Business Terms, the Disputing Parties shall resolve this in accordance with the provisions of Section17.3 and Section 19.

Related to Operational Terms

  • Additional Terms means any additional terms agreed in writing amending, varying or agreeing additions to these Terms;

  • Additional Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions that govern the promotion as determined by the Participating Banks (if any).

  • Service Terms means the rights and restrictions for particular Services located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/serviceterms (and any successor or related locations designated by us), as may be updated by us from time to time.

  • Final Terms means the final terms specifying the relevant issue details of the ETP Securities.

  • URL Terms means the terms with which Customer must comply, which are located at a URL, referenced in this Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference.

  • Operational Period means a period starting with the date and time a Certificate is issued (or on a later date and time certain if stated in the Certificate) and ending with a date and time at which the Certificate expires or is earlier revoked.

  • General Terms and Conditions means the General Terms and Conditions for Services Contracts as referenced on the RFP cover page.

  • Standard Terms and Conditions or “Standard Terms” means these terms and conditions for the grant of the Loan to the Borrower by ABFL.

  • Relevant Terms and Conditions means terms and conditions relating to:

  • Online Services Terms means the additional terms that apply to Customer’s use of Online Services published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time.

  • Operational Control means Security monitoring, adjustment of generation and transmission resources, coordinating and approval of changes in transmission status for maintenance, determination of changes in transmission status for reliability, coordination with other Balancing Authority Areas and Reliability Coordinators, voltage reductions and load shedding, except that each legal owner of generation and transmission resources continues to physically operate and maintain its own facilities.

  • General Terms means these terms and conditions.

  • Three-Month Term SOFR Conventions means any determination, decision or election with respect to any technical, administrative or operational matter (including with respect to the manner and timing of the publication of Three-Month Term SOFR, or changes to the definition of “Floating Interest Period”, timing and frequency of determining Three-Month Term SOFR with respect to each Floating Interest Period and making payments of interest, rounding of amounts or tenors, and other administrative matters) that the Company decides may be appropriate to reflect the use of Three-Month Term SOFR as the Benchmark in a manner substantially consistent with market practice (or, if the Company decides that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or if the Company determines that no market practice for the use of Three-Month Term SOFR exists, in such other manner as the Company determines is reasonably necessary).

  • Product Terms means the document that provides information about Products available under this Agreement. The Product Terms document is published on the Licensing Site and is updated from time to time.

  • Same terms and conditions means that a carrier cannot apply
