Use Terms definition

Use Terms means the Software Use Rights document as defined in the Order Form.

Use Terms shall have the meaning as defined in Section 2.1 in the Master Agreement. “ Wind Down” shall have the meaning as defined in the Master Agreement. Other defined terms not included above shall have the meanings set forth herein.

Use Terms means the Software Use Rights document that are incorporated in the Order Form, current as of the date of the order of the applicable Software. References to “OEM” in the Use Terms will be deleted and replaced by “Partner”. As it relates to Use of the Software by Partner, references to “Licensee” in the Use Terms will be deemed to mean “Partner” and with respect to Use of the Software by Customer, references to “Licensee” will be deemed to mean “Customer”.

Examples of Use Terms in a sentence

• The following order of precedence shall be applied in the event of conflict or inconsistency between provisions of the components of this Agreement: (i) the Software Order Form; (ii) the Schedules; (iii) the GTC; and (iv) the Use Terms; except with respect to third party pass-through terms for Third Party Software stated in the Use Terms, in which case the Use Terms prevail over any conflict or inconsistency in any component of this GTC solely with respect to such third party pass-through terms.

• Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, XXXX or Additional Use Terms, Signify shall ensure that the use of Usage Data will exclude any Personal Data and any data that would enable the identification of Customer or company or organization.

• Licensee must be appropriately licensed as stated in the Use Terms for any individuals that Use the Software, including employees or agents of Affiliates and Business Partners.

• The following shall apply to SAP HANA, enterprise edition; SAP HANA, runtime edition for applications and SAP BW; and SAP HANA, information management option: Use of the Twitter API is subject to the Third Party Web Service terms contained in Part 1, Section 1 subsection 1.2.6 of these Use Terms.

• If a Software Agreement referencing these Use Terms includes a Standalone Use restriction, then the following terms shall apply: The Packages licensed pursuant to an Software Agreement referencing use this present document may require a database product.

For purposes of clarity, the Use Terms corresponding to the date of the Order shall apply to that specific Order and the Software provided thereunder.

Use Terms means, with regard to Software specified in a Software Order Form, the SAP Software Use Rights document current at the time of execution of such Software Order Form, copies of which are found at xxx.xxx.xxx/xxxxxxx/xxxxx/xxxxx.xxx and made a part hereof. Such SAP Software Use Rights documents are incorporated herein by reference. SAP recommends Licensee prints copies of the applicable SAP Software Use Rights documents for Licensee’s own records
