Remediation Period definition

Remediation Period has the meaning specified in Section 8.2(a);
Remediation Period means the time period between the first occurrence of the Remediation Event and the resolution of such Remediation Event which period may not exceed a total of ninety (90) days unless extended pursuant to Section 11.4.

More Definitions of Remediation Period

Remediation Period has the meaning provided in Section 4.4.1(b)(i). “RFP Sponsors” has the meaning provided in the recitals to this Agreement. “Scheduling Rules” has the meaning provided in Section 7.1.3.
