Oblast definition

Oblast means a territorial administrative unit of the Borrower;
Oblast means each and any of the Borrower’s administrative and territorial units consisting of a region;
Oblast means each of the twenty-four (24) prime administrative- territorial units of the Borrower forming the territorial basis for organization and operation of the local government bodies and local self-governments, and consisting of a given number of Rayons (as hereinafter defined in paragraph (m) of this Section) and certain cities directly subordinated to the Oblast;
