NOTICES AND DOMICILIUM. 18.1 The Purchaser and the Seller hereby choose their respective addresses (domicilium citandi et executandi) for all purposes in respect of this Deed of Sale, including all notices and Court process to be delivered in terms hereof, the address recorded below his signature hereunder. Any notice sent by pre-paid registered post shall be deemed to have been received on the fifth day after posting; any notice delivered by hand shall be deemed to have been received on the day of delivery; any notice sent by telefax or electronically transmitted by email, shall be deemed to have been received on the first business day after date of despatch thereof.
NOTICES AND DOMICILIUM. All documents in legal proceedings and notices in connection with this Agreement shall be served in accordance with clause 36 (Notices) of the Common Terms Agreement, which clause is incorporated by reference in this Agreement as if repeated in this Agreement in full (except that references in that clause to the Common Terms Agreement are to be construed as references to this Agreement).
NOTICES AND DOMICILIUM. 20.1 The parties choose as their domicilium citandi et executandi their respective addresses set out in this clause for all purposes arising out of or in connection with this agreement at which addresses all the processes and notices arising out of or in connection with this agreement, its breach or termination may validly be served upon delivery to the parties.

Any notice to be given or which may be given in terms of or pursuant to this agreement shall be given in writing and shall be deemed validly served if delivered personally or seven (7) days after it shall have been posted by pre-paid registered mail to: MUNICIPALITY: 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx MOSSEL BAY 6500 SERVICE PROVIDER: 00 Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Panorama 7500 which addresses the parties respectively choose as their domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement. Each party shall have the right from time to time to substitute its said domicilium with another address in the Republic of South Africa by giving notice of the appointment of a new address to the other party which notice will be in writing.
NOTICES AND DOMICILIUM. The parties choose as their domicilium citandi et executandi (“Domicilium”) for all purposes their address as stated in the Order. Either party may change its Domicilium by giving notice in writing to the other party. Any notice to a party’s Domicilium shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been received on the 7th day after the date of posting, if sent by prepaid registered post, or on the date of delivery or transmission if delivered by hand, transmitted by facsimile or by electronic transmission. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, any notice (or other statement of LEAD which is of particular interest to a CPA Customer) shall only be deemed to have been received by such CPA Customer if such notice has been sent by prepaid registered post (and not by any other means).
NOTICES AND DOMICILIUM. 20.1 For the purposes of this Agreement, including the giving of notices and the serving of legal process, the Parties choose their respective addresses on the first page hereof as their domicilia citandi et executandi.
NOTICES AND DOMICILIUM. 14.1 The parties choose as their respective domicilium citandi et executandi for the purpose of legal proceedings and for the purposes of giving or sending any notice provided for or necessary in terms of this agreement, their respective addresses set out in the schedule, provided that a party may from time to time change any address to any other physical address, postal address or telefax address within the Republic of South Africa by written notice to the other party to that effect. Such change of address will be effective 7 (Seven) days after receipt of notice of the change of domicilium.
