NOTICES AND ADDRESS OF RECORD. 17.1 All notices, consents, or approvals required or permitted to be given under the terms of this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be sent by: (a) FedEx or other nationally recognized overnight air courier service, postage prepaid, for next business day delivery or (b) hand delivery, to the notice address of the respective parties set forth below in paragraph 17.2 or 17.3, as applicable.
