Netlocate means an arrangement for the Communications Provider to locate certain equipment in a BT exchange under BT’s terms and conditions for BT Locate Solutions Netlocate Services MUA Agreement;

  • BT will not be liable for any faults, reduction in service performance or service failures which result from the Service being connected in a directly cabled NTE to NTE configuration or if Service is connected within the Communications Provider’s Co-location, Netlocate or BT Locate facility space in an NTE-to-NTE configuration.

  • Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.

  • Personal wireless services means commercial mobile services, unlicensed wireless services, and common carrier wireless exchange access services, as defined by federal laws and regulations.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Customer Care Centre means a department or a section or a facility established under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 25 by the distributor of television for addressing service requests, answering queries, recording of complaints, and redressal of grievances of consumers, by telephonic or electronic means or by any other means.
