BT will use reasonable endeavours to fulfil any Orders for BASIS in accordance with the requirements specified by a Communications Provider in the relevant Order.
Any additional cabling, wiring or other equipment or material installed by Tenant or Tenant’s Communications Provider for such purpose shall, at Landlord’s option, be removed by Tenant at the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease.
