Natural Gas Delivery Point definition

Natural Gas Delivery Point means the meter at the Generating Station where MAEM shall deliver natural gas to Project Company.
Natural Gas Delivery Point means the outlet flange of the subsea pipeline connecting the field facilities to the shore (or any other delivery point mutually agreed upon);
Natural Gas Delivery Point means the point at which the coupling flange of the natural gas pipeline delivery system owned by a Gas Transporter joins the coupling flange of the Project’s natural gas piping system.

Natural Gas Delivery Point means the outlet flange of the subsea pipeline connecting the field facilities to the shore (or any other delivery point mutually agreed upon);
Natural Gas Delivery Point means the physical point at which Natural Gas is transferred to Haverhill by Sunoco, as shown on Exhibit A.

Natural Gas Delivery Point means the point at which the Vessel outlet flange connects to the high pressure gas arm.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Gas means any mixture of hydrocarbons and noncombustible gases in a gaseous state consisting primarily of methane.

  • Share Delivery Quantity For any Settlement Date, a number of Shares, as calculated by the Calculation Agent, equal to the Net Share Settlement Amount for such Settlement Date divided by the Settlement Price on the Valuation Date for such Settlement Date. Net Share Settlement Amount: For any Settlement Date, an amount equal to the product of (i) the number of Warrants exercised or deemed exercised on the relevant Exercise Date, (ii) the Strike Price Differential for the relevant Valuation Date and (iii) the Warrant Entitlement.

  • Pressurized gas duster means a pressurized product labeled to remove dust from a surface solely by means of mass air or gas flow, including surfaces such as photographs, photographic film negatives, computer keyboards, and other types of surfaces that cannot be cleaned with solvents. “Pressurized Gas Duster” does not include “Dusting Aid.”

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • Dedicated Transport means CenturyLink transmission facilities between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink, or between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink and switches owned by CLEC, including, but not limited to, DS1, DS3, and OCn-capacity level services, as well as Dark Fiber, dedicated to a particular End User Customer or carrier.

  • Capacity Transmission Injection Rights means the rights to schedule energy and capacity deliveries at a Point of Interconnection of a Merchant Transmission Facility with the Transmission System. Capacity Transmission Injection Rights may be awarded only to a Merchant D.C. Transmission Facility and/or Controllable A.C. Merchant Transmission Facilities that connects the Transmission System to another control area. Deliveries scheduled using Capacity Transmission Injection Rights have rights similar to those under Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service or, if coupled with a generating unit external to the PJM Region that satisfies all applicable criteria specified in the PJM Manuals, similar to Capacity Interconnection Rights.

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.

  • Gas Transporter means the licensed operator of the transportation network through which gas is transported to you;

  • MMBtu means one million British Thermal Units.

  • Crude Petroleum means the direct product of oil wells or a mixture of the indirect products transportable like the direct products and containing not more than two percent (2%) of sediment, water, and other impurities.
