Field Facilities definition

Field Facilities means the hydrocarbon production, processing and transportation facilities and the interconnecting pipelines used in relation to the Field and wholly owned by the Field Group;
Field Facilities means those facilities required to produce, process, transport and deliver Geothermal Energy from the Fields to the Generating Units, including pumps, xxxxx, wellsites, pipeline systems, separators, roads, buildings and camps, water disposal and waste process facilities, and including those facilities which are or will be owned by PGE.
Field Facilities means all of the facilities used or useful in connection with the production, processing, transmission or treatment of Petroleum Substances, including, without limitation, pipelines, flow lines, gathering systems, batteries, compressors and plants;

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;
