Replanting must occur within sixty (60) days of the completion of the Drip Field Facilities unless otherwise extended by written agreement with the City.

Upon completion of the Drip Field Facilities, Meritage shall replant trees on the Property to replace any trees removed during the development of the Drip Field Facilities.
Upon completion of the Drip Field Facilities, and in recognition of the measures Meritage is taking to ensure no further trees will need to be removed, Meritage shall replant the equivalent of 78 Caliper Inches of replacement trees or other vegetation of species and at locations approved by the City.
No additional trees may be removed from the Drip Field Facilities.
The presentation of a guarantee for Decommissioning of Facilities does not relieve the Contractors from performing all Operations necessary for the Decommissioning of Field Facilities.
Together these tank field and tank field support facilities shall be referred to as "Tank Field Facilities." HECO shall provide electrical power to its BPTF.

Field Facilities means all of the facilities used or useful in connection with the production, processing, transmission or treatment of Petroleum Substances, including, without limitation, pipelines, flow lines, gathering systems, batteries, compressors and plants;
