Field Facilities definition

Field Facilities means the hydrocarbon production, processing and transportation facilities and the interconnecting pipelines used in relation to the Field and wholly owned by the Field Group;
Field Facilities means the facilities set out in Schedule “A” under that heading;
Field Facilities means the petroleum production, processing and transportation facilities and the interconnecting pipelines used in relation to a Field and wholly owned by the Field Group;

Examples of Field Facilities in a sentence

  • Replanting must occur within sixty (60) days of the completion of the Drip Field Facilities unless otherwise extended by written agreement with the City.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, (a) from and after the Termination Date, the HOA and its agents, employees, contractors and subcontractors, shall have the non-exclusive right and license, which shall be coupled with an interest and be irrevocable, to enter upon the Property to maintain the Drip Field Facilities, and (b) the HOA shall be responsible for maintaining the Drip Field Facilities in good condition and repair after the Termination Date, which obligation shall expressly survive the Termination Date.

  • The license granted under this Section shall terminate upon the completion, and acceptance by the City of, the Drip Field Facilities (the “Termination Date”).

  • In the case of guarantee by means of provisioning fund: the Contractors shall submit to ANP, each year, documentation proving the contributions made, as well as inform the updated balance of the fund; ANP may audit the procedures adopted by the Contractors in the management of the financial provisioning fund; the balance determined after the completion of all Operations necessary for the Decommissioning of Field Facilities will revert exclusively to the Contracting Party.

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of the previous clause, ANP may require that the total amount to be guaranteed, corresponding to the cost foreseen for the Decommissioning of Field Facilities, be fully contributed to a guarantee at any time of the Agreement provided that, motivated, in cases of serious risks and difficult repair.

  • Upon completion of the Drip Field Facilities, Meritage shall replant trees on the Property to replace any trees removed during the development of the Drip Field Facilities.

  • Upon completion of the Drip Field Facilities, and in recognition of the measures Meritage is taking to ensure no further trees will need to be removed, Meritage shall replant the equivalent of 78 Caliper Inches of replacement trees or other vegetation of species and at locations approved by the City.

  • No additional trees may be removed from the Drip Field Facilities.

  • The presentation of a guarantee for Decommissioning of Facilities does not relieve the Contractors from performing all Operations necessary for the Decommissioning of Field Facilities.

  • Together these tank field and tank field support facilities shall be referred to as "Tank Field Facilities." HECO shall provide electrical power to its BPTF.


More Definitions of Field Facilities

Field Facilities means all of the facilities used or useful in connection with the production, processing, transmission or treatment of Petroleum Substances, including, without limitation, pipelines, flow lines, gathering systems, batteries, compressors and plants;
