Gas Piping. Effective July 1, 2004, all gas piping work included in the contractual responsibilities of sheet metal contractors signatory to a Collective Agreement with SMWIA, Local Union No. 285, for sheet metal work as outlined in Article 31 of the current agreement, shall be performed by Gas Piping Employees who are members of SMWIA, Local Union No. 285. This language is subject all Gas Piping Contractors when undertaking sheet metal work to utilize sheet metal em- ployees who are members of Local Union No. 285.

  • Stormwater Management The Owner agrees that stormwater management measures shall be applicable to the development of the Lands, in a manner which is in accordance with the provisions of The Drainage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.D.17 and amendments thereto, and to the satisfaction of the Municipality's Engineer.

  • Stormwater Notwithstanding any other provisions or terms of this Agreement, Company acknowledges that certain properties within the Premises or on Authority-owned land are subject to stormwater rules and regulations. You will be encouraged to visit the LIFE Center to see what it is like. If you are interested in enrolling, a LIFE Provider representative and the Independent Enrollment Broker will assist you with the enrollment process. You should be prepared to participate in phone calls and/or visits with both the LIFE Provider and Independent Enrollment Broker in order to complete your enrollment process.

  • Wastewater Developer shall install all required sewer lines and appurtenances. Prior to the issuance of any building permits for the Development, all sanitary sewer improvements shall be substantially completed as determined by the Town and all associated wastewater capacity fees shall be paid.

  • Electrical Power CUSTOMER acknowledges that the Services will not function in the absence of electrical power.
