Municipality Data definition

Municipality Data means all information (i) provided to LIP by or at the direction of AutoReturn; (ii) created or obtained by LIP on behalf of AutoReturn; or (iii) which LIP accesses at the direction of AutoReturn, in the course of LIP's performance under the Contract(s). Municipality has exclusive ownership of all data uploaded, entered, compiled, and otherwise Processed by Software and Logistical Services.
Municipality Data means any business information, personally identifiable Municipality information, or other data of any type that Ontec may receive in connection with providing the Business Services, including without limitation data that Municipality inputs or provides to Ontec, or that is collected on behalf of Municipality for inputting into the Business Services. Municipality will ensure that Municipality’s use of the Business Services and all Municipality Data is at all times compliant with Municipality’s privacy policies and all applicable local, state, federal and international law, regulations and conventions, including, without limitation, those related to data privacy, international communications, and the exportation of technical or personal data. Municipality is solely responsible for the accuracy, content andlegality, reliability, integrity and quality of all Municipality Data. Municipality represents and warrants to Ontec that Municipality has sufficient rights in the MunicipalityData to authorize Ontec to process, distribute anddisplay the Municipality Data as contemplated by this Agreement and the functionality of Business Services, and that the Municipality Data does not infringe the rights of any third party nor does its use as contemplated herein violate any applicable laws, rules or regulations.

Examples of Municipality Data in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Municipality Data will be provided to third parties only on an anonymized basis and only as part of a larger body of anonymized data.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Municipality Data will be provided to third parties, other than hosting providers, development consultants and other third parties providing services for Consultant, only on an anonymized basis and only as part of a larger body of anonymized data.

  • Upon AutoReturn’s request, or upon termination or expiry of this DPA, LIP shall (at AutoReturn’s option) destroy or return to AutoReturn all Municipality Data (including copies) in its possession or control (including any Municipality Data Processed by its Sub-Processors).

  • To the extent LIP and/or its US Affiliates are self-certified to Privacy Shield, LIP agrees: (i) that it and/or its US Affiliates (as applicable) shall maintain such Privacy Shield certification; and (ii) with respect to Municipality Data that is protected by EEA Data Protection Law and/or that originates from United Kingdom and/or Switzerland, it and/or its US Affiliates (as applicable) shall comply with the Privacy Shield Principles when handling such data.
