Data Privacy definition

Data Privacy means the name, last name, address of Subscriber and includes information of Subscriber which is directly or indirectly able to or may identify the Subscriber regarding information for the use of service, mobile phone number and the usage behavior for Telecommunications Service and Subscription Broadcasting Service of Subscriber.

By accepting this Award Agreement you hereby authorize them to receive, possess, use, retain and transfer the Data, in electronic or other form, for the purposes of implementing, administering and managing this Award, including any requisite transfer of such Data as may be required for the administration of this Award on your behalf to a third party with whom you may have elected to have payment made pursuant to this Award Agreement. You may, at any time, review Data, require any necessary amendments to it or withdraw the consent herein in writing by contacting the Company; however, withdrawing the consent may affect your ability to receive the benefits intended by this Award.

Data Privacy. Partners are expected to respect user privacy and comply with data protection laws when collecting and handling customer information. • Violations of Partners Agreement: Partners are required to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the Partners agreement with KrispCall. Partners may request (one time) a review of any account termination decision made by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Requests must be submitted in writing via email within 30 days of termination. KrispCall will evaluate the request and make a final determination at its sole discretion. Partner account privileges will remain terminated during the review process. KrispCall's decision following any review is final.
