Municipalities means cities and incorporated towns.
Municipalities means cities, towns, or villages of a County within the State with a Population greater than 10,000 individuals and shall also include cities, towns or villages within the State with a Population equal to or less than 10,000 individuals which filed a Complaint in this litigation against Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Participants. The singularMunicipality” shall refer to a singular of the Municipalities.
Municipalities means Summer Villages as referenced in this Bylaw.

  • Nothing in this Agreement obligates the Municipalities to rectify any default of the Society, but should the Municipalities choose to do so, the Municipalities shall not be liable to the Society for any act or omission in the course of curing or attempting to cure any default.
