Mortgaged Sites definition

Mortgaged Sites and “Mortgaged Site” means, collectively, or individually, the properties (including land and Improvements) described in Exhibit C, and all related facilities, owned or leased by the Borrowers and which shall be encumbered by and are more particularly described in the respective Deeds of Trust; provided that, (i) following a Release of a Mortgaged Site, “Mortgaged Sites” shall not include such Mortgaged Site, (ii) following a Substitution with respect to a Mortgaged Site, “Mortgaged Sites” shall include the Replacement Site and shall exclude the Substituted Site and, (iii) with respect to, or following, the addition of any Additional Site(s) and/or Additional Borrower Site(s), “Mortgaged Sites” shall include all such Sites required to be encumbered by a Deed of Trust pursuant to the Loan Agreement Supplement relating to such Additional Sites or Additional Borrower Sites.
Mortgaged Sites has the meaning assigned thereto in the Loan Agreement.
Mortgaged Sites and “Mortgaged Site” shall mean, collectively, or individually, the properties (including land and Improvements) described in Exhibit I, and all related facilities, owned by the Asset Entities and which shall be encumbered by and are more particularly described in the respective Deeds of Trust; provided that, (i) following a Release, “Mortgaged Sites” shall mean each of the Mortgaged Sites that remain encumbered by the Deeds of Trust as Collateral for the Notes, (ii) following a Substitution, “Mortgaged Sites” shall include the Replacement Property and shall exclude the Substituted Property and (iii) following the addition of Tower Sites that are Owned Tower Sites pursuant to Section 2.12 that are encumbered by a Deed of Trust, shall include such additional Owned Tower Sites.

Mortgaged Sites and “Mortgaged Site” has the meaning set forth in Annex A- 4.

Related to Mortgaged Sites

  • Mortgaged Real Property means any parcel of Real Property that shall become subject to a Mortgage after the Closing Date, in each case together with all of such Credit Party’s right, title and interest in the improvements and buildings thereon and all appurtenances, easements or other rights belonging thereto.

  • Mortgaged Property shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Mortgaged Premises means any real property which shall now or hereafter be subject to a Notes Mortgage.

  • Leased Properties have the meaning set forth in Section 3.16 herein.

  • Mortgaged Vessel means, at any relevant time, any Vessel which is at such time subject to a Mortgage and a Vessel shall, for the purposes of this Agreement, be regarded as a Mortgaged Vessel as from the date on which the Mortgage of that Vessel has been executed and registered in accordance with this Agreement until whichever shall be the earlier of (i) the payment in full of the amount required to be paid to the Agent pursuant to clause 4.3 or 4.5 following the Total Loss or sale respectively of such Vessel and (ii) the end of the Facility Period;

  • Borrowing Base Property means any one of the Borrowing Base Properties.

  • Personal Property Collateral means all Collateral other than Real Property.

  • Mortgage Collateral the “Collateral” as defined in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

  • Landlord Personal Property Collateral Access Agreement means a Landlord Waiver and Consent Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit K with such amendments or modifications as may be approved by Collateral Agent.

  • Real Properties means, at any time, a collective reference to each of the facilities and real properties owned, leased or operated by the Consolidated Parties at such time.

  • Subject Properties has the meaning specified in Section 5.13(a).

  • Existing Property means all property against which ad valorem property taxes were levied by a local unit for its concluding fiscal year, minus all property that is considered losses for purposes of ad valorem property tax levies of the local unit for the ensuing fiscal year.

  • Borrowing Base Properties means the Oil and Gas Properties of the Loan Parties included in the Initial Reserve Report and thereafter in the most recently delivered Reserve Report delivered pursuant to Section 8.12.

  • School property means in or within any building, structure, athletic playing field, playground, parking lot or land contained within the real property boundary line of a public elementary or secondary school, or in or on a school bus, as defined in Vehicle and Traffic Law §142.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Project Property means the real property on or for which preconstruction service or construction work is or will be provided.

  • Real Property means, collectively, all right, title and interest (including any leasehold, mineral or other estate) in and to any and all parcels of or interests in real property owned or leased by any Person, whether by lease, license or other means, together with, in each case, all easements, hereditaments and appurtenances relating thereto, all improvements and appurtenant fixtures and equipment, all general intangibles and contract rights and other property and rights incidental to the ownership, lease or operation thereof.

  • Subject Property means any premises located in the County on which an energy efficiency improvements, water efficiency improvements, or renewable resource applications are being or have been made and financed through an outstanding PACE loan.

  • Parcel means an identifiable unit of land that is treated as separate for valuation or zoning purposes.
