Mode Change Notice definition

Mode Change Notice means the notice from the Authority to the other Notice Parties of the Authority’s intention to change Mode.
Mode Change Notice means the notice from the Commission to the other Notice Parties of the Commission’s intention to change Modes.

  • Upon any such combination or separation, Company’s Mode Change Notice shall include and there shall be attached to this Master Agreement an addendum specifying the series designation and initial identification number of each subseries and sub-subseries of Bonds then Outstanding, the respective CUSIP numbers, the aggregate principal amount of each such subseries and sub-subseries and the Mode of each such subseries and sub-subseries as of the date of the addendum.

  • Mode Change Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section A-208(a) hereof.

  • With respect to a change in the Mode from any Mode to any other Mode, in the event the foregoing conditions have not been satisfied by the Mode Change Date, the New Mode shall not take effect and the Bonds of the Series that are the subject of the Mode Change Notice shall be subject to mandatory tender for purchase and shall be automatically changed to Bonds in the Weekly Mode on the Mode Change Date.

  • If the notice of such rescission is given before the Owners of the Bonds have been notified of the mandatory purchase to occur on the Mode Change Date pursuant to Section 3.03 hereof, then the Mode Change Notice shall be deemed rescinded and of no force or effect.

Mode Change Notice means the notice from the Borrower to the other Notice Parties of the Borrower's intention to change the Mode for a subseries of Bonds (or to change to a new Interest Period for such Bonds in the Term Rate Mode or to a new Fixed Rate Mode for such Bonds in the Fixed Rate Mode).
Mode Change Notice means the notice from the Trustee to the other Notice Parties of its intention to change the Term Rate Periods, the Mode or the Index Floating Rate Periods applicable to such Bonds.
Mode Change Notice means the notice from the Company to the parties specified in the Ordinance (but not including the Owners) of the Company’s intention to change the Mode for a series of Bonds (or to change to a new Interest Period for such Bonds in the Term Rate Mode or to a new Fixed Rate Mode for such Bonds in the Fixed Rate Mode).

"Outstanding," when used to modify Bonds, refers to Bonds issued under this Agreement, excluding: (i) Bonds which have been exchanged or replaced, or delivered to the Trustee for credit against a principal payment or a sinking fund installment; (ii) Bonds which have been paid; (iii) Bonds which have become due and for the payment of which moneys have been duly provided; (iv) Bonds deemed tendered under Section 422(c) or 423(d), provided the Purchase Price for such Bonds has been received by the Tender Agent; and (v) Bonds for which there have been irrevocably set aside sufficient funds, or Government or Equivalent Obligations described in clause (i), (ii) or (iv) of the definition thereof bearing interest at such rates, and with such maturities as will provide sufficient funds, to pay or redeem them, provided, however, that if any such Bonds are to be redeemed prior to maturity, the Issuer shall have taken all action necessary to redeem such Bonds and notice of such redemption shall have been duly mailed in accordance with this Agreement or irrevocable instructions so to mail shall have been given to the Trustee. "Paying Agent" means the Paying Agent designated from time to time pursuant to Section 315. "Project" means the acquisition of land, site development, construction or alteration of buildings or the acquisition or installation of equipment, or any combination of the foregoing, in connection with the following: New Part of the Project: (a) 46 kilovolt, 35 megawatt underground and submarine electric power cable and an associated fiber-optic cable for communications related to providing electric power starting in Hyannis (Barnstable), traversing Nantucket Sound, and terminating in Nantucket; (b) related substations and ancillary equipment, which cable, substations and equipment will be owned by the Borrower and used exclusively to furnish electricity to customers on the island of Nantucket; (c) the word "Project" also refers to the facilities (the "Project Facilities") which result or have resulted fro...
Mode Change Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section A-207(b) hereof. “Notice Parties” means the Issuer, the Trustee, the Remarketing Agent (if any), the Tender Agent (if any), the Credit Facility Issuer (if any) and the Liquidity Facility Issuer (if any).

The Email Notice must be substantially similar to the form attached hereto as Exhibit 3.
