Sinking Fund Installment definition

Sinking Fund Installment means, as of any particular date of calculation, the amount required, as of such date of calculation, to be paid by the Authority on a future date for the retirement of Outstanding Bonds which are stated to mature subsequent to such future date, but does not include any amount payable by the Authority by reason only of the maturity of a Bond.
Sinking Fund Installment means the amount of money to redeem or pay at maturity the principal of Bonds payable from such installments at the times and in the amounts provided in Section 4.2 herein.
Sinking Fund Installment means the amount of money which is required to be deposited into the Sinking Fund Account in each Bond Fund Year for the retirement of Term Bonds as specified in the Supplemental Indenture authorizing said Term Bonds (whether at maturity or by redemption), and including the redemption premium, if any.

More Definitions of Sinking Fund Installment

Sinking Fund Installment means the amount designated for any particular due date in the Related Series Indenture for the retirement of Bonds on an unconditional basis, less any amount credited pursuant to the General Indenture.
