The portion of any such Sinking Fund Installment remaining after the deduction of any such amounts credited toward the same (or the original amount of any such Sinking Fund Installment if no such amounts shall have been credited toward the same) shall constitute the unsatisfied balance of such Sinking Fund Installment for the purpose of the calculation of Principal Installments due on a future date.
The Trustee shall withdraw from the Debt Service Fund, on or prior to the due date of the next Sinking Fund Installment, an amount equal to the Principal Amount of the Term Bonds called for redemption on such date pursuant to this subsection; and shall cause it to be applied to the payment of the Redemption Price thereof on such date.
The price paid by the Trustee (including any brokerage and other charges) for any Term Bond purchased pursuant to this subsection (d) shall not exceed the Redemption Price applicable on the next date on which such Term Bond could be redeemed in accordance with its terms as part of a Sinking Fund Installment.
If, by application of moneys in the Debt Service Fund, the Trustee shall purchase in any Bond Year Term Bonds subject to redemption from moneys in the Debt Service Fund in excess of the aggregate Sinking Fund Installment in respect of such Term Bonds for such Bond Year, the Trustee shall file with the Authority and the Borrower not later than the 20th day preceding the close of such Bond Year, a statement identifying such Term Bonds purchased and called for redemption during such Bond Year.
