Fixed Rate Mode definition

Fixed Rate Mode means the Mode during which the Bonds or any subseries thereof bear interest at a Fixed Rate.
Fixed Rate Mode means the Mode in which the interest rate on the Bonds is fixed untilthe final Maturity Date.
Fixed Rate Mode means the period during which Bonds of a Series bear interest at aFixed Rate.

  • Multi-Modal Bonds in the Fixed Rate Mode The Reoffered Bonds are being reoffered as multi-modal bonds in the fixed rate mode.

  • Written notice of conversion to the Fixed Rate Mode shall be given pursuant to a Conversion Certificate of an Authorized Representative delivered to the Paying Agent/Registrar, the Remarketing Agent, and any bond rating agency then rating or requested to rate such Bonds not fewer than 15 days prior to the proposed Conversion Date.

  • The interest on the Bonds in a Fixed Rate Mode shall be payable on the applicable Interest Payment Date as herein described, computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months.

Fixed Rate Mode. ’ means a Rate Mode in which Multi-Modal Bonds bear interest at a Fixed Rate. ‘‘Fixed Rate Period’’ means the period from and including the Conversion Date and extending to the
