Minimum Manager Credentials definition

Minimum Manager Credentials means (i) the employment of a senior executive who has the responsibility for oversight of the Property and has at least five (5) years’ experience in the management of industrial centers and (ii) the management of not less than five (5) industrial center properties (excluding the Cross-collateralized Properties) having an aggregate leasable square footage of not less than the lesser of (a) one million leasable square feet and (b) five (5) times the leasable square feet of the Property.
Minimum Manager Credentials means (i) the employment of a senior executive who has the responsibility for oversight of the Property and has at least seven (7) years’ experience in the management of outlet shopping centers and (ii) the management of not less than five (5) outlet shopping center properties having an aggregate leasable square footage of not less than the lesser of (a) one million leasable square feet and (b) five (5) times the leasable square feet of the Property.
