Mezzanine Documents definition

Mezzanine Documents means the Credit Agreement dated as of December 21, 2006 among EBG Holdings, the financial institutions and lenders party thereto from time to time and CS, as administrative agent and each of the other Loan Documents referred to therein (other than the Fee Letter referred to therein).
Mezzanine Documents means the documents governing and evidencing the Mezzanine Facility and the loans made thereunder.
Mezzanine Documents means the Securities Purchase Agreement dated as of December 17, 2001, between Holdings, the Borrower, X.X. Xxxxxxx Mezzanine Fund, L.P., Whitney Private Debt Fund, L.P., Blackstone Mezzanine Partners L.P., Blackstone Mezzanine Holdings L.P., Carlyle High Yield Partners, L.P., Oak Hill Securities Fund, L.P., Oak Hill Securities Fund II, L.P., Xxxxxx Entreprises, L.P. and P&PK Family Limited Partnership, the Senior Unsecured Notes and common stock and any other securities issued thereunder and all agreements and documents executed in connection therewith at any time. More Definitions of Mezzanine Documents

Mezzanine Documents means the documents defined as "FINANCE DOCUMENTS" in the Mezzanine Facility Agreement (with the exception of the Warrant Documents, the Priority Letter, this Deed and the Subordination Agreements).

  • Mezzanine Loan Documents means all documents or instruments evidencing, securing or guaranteeing the Mezzanine Loan, including without limitation, the Mezzanine Loan Agreement.
