Mezzanine Loan Agreement definition

Mezzanine Loan Agreement means that certain Mezzanine Loan Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between Mezzanine Borrower and Mezzanine Lender, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Mezzanine Loan Agreement means a loan agreement governing a Mezzanine Loan.

• This Note and all obligations of Mezzanine Borrower hereunder are secured by the Mezzanine Loan Agreement, the Pledge and the other Mezzanine Loan Documents.

• Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings given thereto in the Mezzanine Loan Agreement, unless otherwise expressly provided herein.

Mezzanine Loan Agreement means individually and collectively, as the context requires, the Original Mezzanine Loan Agreement and, from and after the Approved Mezzanine Closing Date, the Approved Mezzanine Loan Agreement.
