Maximum Lease Termination Date definition

Maximum Lease Termination Date means, with respect to any Lease Vehicle, the earlier of (x) the last Business Day of the month that is 48 months after the month in which the Vehicle Operating Lease Commencement Date occurs with respect to such Lease Vehicle and (y) the last Business Day of the month that is 72 months after December 31 of the calendar year prior to the model year of such Lease Vehicle.
Maximum Lease Termination Date means, with respect to any Lease Vehicle, the earlier of (x) the last Business Day of the month that is 48 months after the month in which the Vehicle Lease Commencement Date occurs with respect to such Lease Vehicle and (y) the last Business Day of the month that is 72 months after December 31 of the calendar year prior to the model year of such Lease Vehicle.
