The amounts so converted shall be treated for all purposes of this Agreement as Loans provided that after the Commitment Termination Date: (i) the Company may not make any additional Borrowings; (ii) the amounts paid or prepaid may not be reborrowed; and (iii) the amount of each Lender’s Commitment shall be terminated.
On or after the Effective Date, each of the Lenders severally agrees, upon the terms and conditions of this Agreement, to make Loans in Dollars to the Company under this Section 2.01 from time to time prior to the Commitment Termination Date or the termination in full of such ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Commitment, whichever is earlier, such that the Total Usage of such Lender shall at no time exceed such ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Commitment in effect at such time.

Any Loans or portions thereof not so converted to Term Loans shall be repaid in full on the Commitment Termination Date.
