Accrual Termination Date. Not applicable.

Accrual Termination Date. With respect to the Class A-3 Certificates, the Accrual Termination Date shall refer to the Class A-3 Accrual Termination Date.

Accrual Termination Date. With respect to the Class A-3 Certificates, the earlier of (a) the Underlying Senior Credit Support Depletion Date and (b) the Distribution Date on which the Class Certificate Balance of the Class A-2 Certificates has been reduced to zero.
