Accrual Termination Date. Not applicable.

Accrual Termination Date. With respect to the Class 1-A-6 Certificates, the earlier of the Senior Credit Support Depletion Date and the Distribution Date on which the Class Certificate Balance of the Class 1-A-5 Certificates is reduced to zero.
